Used to be great, but now all of my orders go to a tiny Sainsbury which is slightly further away. They never have what I want and cancel most of the orders completely. I wish it would let me choose the store. They don't even say why it is cancelled. I give up.
Dear, oh Dear ! Needed to get some supplies quickly. Went to the shop in Wilton Rd, and was told by 2 men that they didn't do delivery, despite the packing area being very busy, right behind them ! They do say, 3rd time lucky and indeed I struck gold on the 3rd time of asking. However my luck ran out at that point. Yes I managed to book a delivery, which arrived within an hour, however no sign of the bleach I paid for ! So I suggest a name change from Chop, Chop to Go Slow ! Deleting ASAP
Awesome service and lots of choice. Much cheaper than deliveroo and the lady filling my order even called to check that my only substitution was ok. Unlike with deliveroo where they just randomly pick something completely different and more expensive. Will certainly be using again.

Terrible. Can't even add my phone number to complete yhe first order. Shut opened various times. Re-loaded the shopping basket. Now uninstalled. Let me know when you've fixed it!
